Equality Objectives (2024-2028)

Objective 1

Raise awareness and understanding of different cultures through greater exposure to diverse and representative literature across the curriculum.

Objective 2

Raise awareness and understanding of different faiths through assemblies, visits, visitors and curriculum opportunities.

Objective 3

Reduce barriers to participation and achievement for disadvantaged pupils, pupils with SEND and other vulnerable groups through targeted support, inclusive practice and regular monitoring of outcomes.
