This week in English we write poetry about our senses. We ate food from 1666 like pottage, bread with honey and apple in syrup.

In history, we were learning about the Great Fire of London. We learnt about what the houses were made of and why the fire spread really fast.

Mr Bailey and Miss Aldous took us outside and showed us how fast different materials catch fire. The hay caught fire the quickest.

In maths we have been looking at weight. We have been using cubes and scales to measure how much something weighs.

In PE, we played dodgeball. We practiced catching and throwing. We played a game of dodgeball it was really fun.

In forest school we make a tree house. We made a fire. We had hot choclate made a bug hotel. We made a ship. I went running in the wood.

This week in maths we have been looking at thirds and how they come in 3 equal groups. We used cubes, shapes and pizzas.

On World Book Day we all got dressed up like our favourite characters. I was dressed up like Olive from Letters from the Lighthouses and we looked at Beegu
